Event Set Up Installation

Big Image Group was engaged for International Travel & Health Insurance Conferences (ITIC) APAC Event 2026 at PARKROYAL COLLECTION Pickering.

ITIC APAC connects travel insurers, health insurers, medical assistance providers, and cost-containment experts. They feature expert-led panel discussions, regional healthcare market updates, exhibitions and networking social events.

Our team produced and installed a range of customised event branding and display elements, creating a consistent visual identity throughout the event venue.

Some of the items we delivered included
– Networking Lounge Counter Structures
– Stage & Backdrops
– Lightbox Totems & Pull-Up Banners
– Custom Registration Desk
– Event Branding
– Wayfinding Signage
– Directional stands, floor decals, restroom/amenity directions
– Large-Format Printed Graphics

From registration and wayfinding to stage backdrops and custom display structures, thoughtful event branding helps create a consistent experience throughout the venue.

In the events industry, timelines can move quickly. Artwork may only be finalised days before an event, sponsor logos can change at the last minute, and venue access for installation is often limited to a short setup window.

When deadlines are tight, good coordination between artwork, production, fabrication and installation becomes just as important as the finished display itself.

A tight timeline does not necessarily mean compromising the finished result. It means making practical decisions quickly, coordinating closely and selecting materials and production methods suitable for the available timeframe.

From a last-minute complete event branding setup, careful planning behind the scenes helps ensure everything is ready when the first guest walks through the door.
