Pfizer is one of the world’s leading biopharmaceutical companies, dedicated to developing innovative medicines and vaccines that improve and save lives. In January 2020, the novel coronavirus disease spread worldwide, leading to the COVID-19 pandemic – a crisis that highlighted the global importance of pharmaceutical innovation.
In 2022, we had the privilege of working with Pfizer Asia Manufacturing to install three sets of building signage within their state-of-the-art facility. This collaboration was more than a project; it was a symbolic contribution to a company at the forefront of life-saving work during one of the most critical times in modern history. Our team approached this installation with not just technical expertise, but also a deep sense of pride and purpose.

The installation process demanded meticulous planning, precise execution, and strict adherence to safety standards. As the site was still under construction and actively operating as a pharmaceutical manufacturing facility, every step required coordination with Pfizer’s project engineers and construction supervisors. We ensured zero disruption and smooth coordination to ongoing works, while keeping to tight project timelines.
Safety was a top priority. Our team adhered to comprehensive safety protocols and utilised boom lift operations to reach elevated installation points with both accuracy and security. Each signage piece was carefully positioned to maintain visual consistency, enhance visibility, and meet Pfizer’s corporate branding guidelines.
The project scope included:
3D Front-Lit Building Signage with Perforated Stickers – designed to appear in Pfizer’s corporate colours during the day and illuminate in crisp white light at night, ensuring visibility in all conditions.
Wayfinding Signage – strategically placed to provide intuitive navigation for staff and visitors, enhancing both functionality and the professional atmosphere of the facility.
Large Format Printing Vinyl Stickers on Walls — used for branding and directional messaging, delivering maximum visual impact without the need for structural changes.
Once the fabrication was complete, our team moved on-site to execute a seamless installation, combining engineering precision with creative craftsmanship.
