Parkway Parade, located in the heart of Marine Parade, is a well-established retail and lifestyle hub that attracts frequent visitors and customers that live around the area daily. To ensure that its branding remains strong and its signage continues to serve both functional and aesthetic purposes, Parkway Parade entrusted us with the task of upgrading their building signage.
We started the project with an in-depth consultation to understand the mall’s branding requirements, structural constraints, and design preferences. After assessing the location, lighting conditions, visibility angles, and detailed planning, we proceeded with a more modern-looking and durable signage solution that aligned seamlessly with Parkway Parade’s identity.
Channel letters are a great choice for building facade signage because they are three-dimensional (3D) and can be illuminated, making them stand out both day and night. They also give a clean, modern aesthetic that can make a building look more professional and polished. This set of signage is made of durable materials such as aluminium and acrylic, high-quality lightbox sticker and outdoor lasting paints, making them weather-resistant and low-maintenance.
The challenge of this installation was that the working spot was just right above the Taxi stand and main road, thus the night works. This involved extra safe supervision and practice for the boom lift operator and traffic controllers, besides the focus while installing the signage.
This signage is simple yet effective; Front Lit sign can elevate a brand’s visibility, especially after dark. The soft illumination not only enhances the aesthetic appeal but also ensures the brand stands out, even in low-light conditions, grabbing passersby’s attention.
