Coordinate and manage signage projects from confirmation to completion
Liaise with clients, suppliers and internal teams on project requirements
Prepare project schedules, work orders and site arrangements
Coordinate fabrication and installation timelines
Conduct site surveys and attend site meetings when required
Monitor project progress and ensure deadlines are met
Handle project documentation, variations and basic reporting
Ensure projects are executed according to specifications and quality standards
Resolve site or project issues in a timely manner
Support management in overall project planning and coordination
- Diploma or Degree in Project Management, Engineering, Construction or related field preferred
- Experience in signage, interior, construction or related industry is an advantage
- Good communication and coordination skills
- Able to manage multiple projects and priorities
- Strong organisational and problem-solving skills
- Proactive, responsible and able to work independently
- Basic knowledge of site safety requirements
Prepare technical drawings, section and details as per required.
Compulsory to know Autocad (CAD), Sketchup or Vray
Priorities given to who can use Adobe Illustrator / Adobe Photoshop.
Communicate with Sales, Designer, Contractors, Operations and Project Managers.
- At least 2-5 years of relevant experience.
- Good eye for visuals and design.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Attentive to details and proactive with initiatives.
- Project management capabilities to manage multiple tasks with shifting priorities and tight timeline.
Install indoor and outdoor signage at client sites
Handle installation of lightboxes, acrylic signs, aluminium panels and 3D letters
Perform basic wiring for LED / illuminated signage (training provided)
Work at height using ladders, scissor lifts or boom lifts (training provided)
Ensure installation work is done safely and according to site requirements
Coordinate with project and operations team to meet timelines
Maintain tools, equipment and worksite cleanliness
- At least 2-5 years of relevant experience.
- Physically fit and comfortable with hands-on site work
- Willing to work outdoors and at height
- Basic experience in signage installation or related field preferred
- Able to follow instructions and safety procedures
- Team player with positive working attitude
- Responsible, punctual and reliable
Fabricate signage including lightboxes, acrylic signs, aluminium panels and 3D letters
Operate fabrication tools and machinery (cutting, drilling, bending, assembling)
Prepare materials and components according to drawings and measurements
Assist in finishing works such as sanding, pasting, assembling and quality checks
Ensure fabrication quality meets company standards
Maintain cleanliness and proper use of workshop tools and equipment
Work closely with installers and project team to meet deadlines
- At least 2-5 years of relevant experience.
- Hands-on and detail-oriented
- Basic experience in fabrication, signage, carpentry or related field preferred
- Able to read basic drawings and take measurements
- Willing to learn new skills and fabrication methods

Lead and manage full-cycle recruitment: posting job ads, sourcing, screening resumes, interviewing and hiring talent.
Coordinate onboarding and orientation for new hires, ensuring a smooth start.
Maintain accurate employee records, HR documents and personnel files.
Support performance management processes and employee evaluations.
Assist in developing and implementing HR policies, procedures and employee handbooks.
Promote a positive work environment and employee engagement activities.
Administer payroll, benefits, leave and HR compliance requirements.
Serve as key liaison between management and staff on HR-related matters.
Prepare HR reports and analytics (turnover, hiring metrics etc.).
